Shipping & Delivery Policy

When would it reach you?

Most of the items are shipped within India with the delivery time between 5-7 working days. We currently ship in all main cities across India. For shipping of items other than these areas, we request you to please confirm with our customer care before ordering. In case, we do not ship to your region, city, town and still you order, we would refund the amount and inform you through phone and email.

Our shipping partners currently are BlueDart, First Flight and Tirupati.

What is not covered in the number of days are:

  • Cheque/DD orders - Delays in depositing the Cheque/DD from customers end could result in products going out-of-stock in which case we will refund the amount and cancel the order.
  • This guarantee is not valid for special promotional offers.

Shipping Charges

  • For Category of products where Shipping Cost, the total shipping charge for your Order will be displayed once you proceed to check out.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellation by customer

While it is our endeavor to provide optimal services to our customers, we unfortunately do not allow any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We do not encourage exchange of products, but under certain circumstances on the sole discretion of VTI, we will allow our customers to ship back the products at their own cost, and provide on-line store credit for the order amount excluding the shipping cost. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept VTI’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation by VTI

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Cash payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 72 hours from the time of placing the order. Cheque payment mode orders will be cancelled if cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 72 hours from the time of placing the order.
