Payments & Stock Availability

Vtipl.com accepts payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX), or by bank transfer or through Cheques / Demand Drafts. For each purchase the customer can choose the most convenient payment method from the available options. For payments by credit or debit card, the customer is charged on-line, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the relevant financial entity, once it has been confirmed that all the details communicated are correct. The order will not be accepted until confirmation of payment is received.

In case the payment does not go through our payment gateway we will inform the customer within 24 hours. Customer can then either re-enter the order through the website, or wire transfer the payment to our Bank Account. Customers will be provided with the account number with bank details to which the transfer should be made upon their confirmation. Customers will be responsible for any commission charges resulting from the transfer. As a reference, customers must state the order number and their full name. Customer will have 3 working days from the date on which the order was placed to make the payment. If payment is not made within the stated period, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

The shipping geography /country is limited to India only. We do not ship outside India, though we take orders from outside India, for shipping / delivery to an address within India only.
