For goods bought on discount/promotion there is no return or exchange available.

Return/Exchange Policy

Once shipped we DO NOT accept any return of goods or exchange of Equipment Sold. Only in the unlikely event of an incorrect item being shipped by us against your order, we will process accept the return of goods against an exchange or refund.

All our products are tested and checked before shipping, though in the unlikely event that the equipment is not found to be properly functional when received an RMA / Warranty Repair process will be generated for the same and needful repairs will be undertaken by us. In such an instance the customer should inform us regarding the problem with the equipment within 2 days of the receipt of the equipment. This does not include damage during transit which will be covered under the Transit Insurance undertaken for all shipments.

Refund Policy

Once the refund against an Incorrect Order has been confirmed by us, we will refund the money the same way the payment was made. The refund will be made for the total order amount of the items.

  • If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
  • If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

Incorrect Order

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging including all accessories along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange. For products which are incorrectly shipped, please Contact us to obtain a return receipt number within 2 days of receiving the delivery. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days or refund your payment as applicable.

Damage during Transit

We understand Electronic goods are Fragile and we do take special care in packaging all our shipments and all our shipments are insured for the duration of transit. We ensure that the items, when you receive, would be in good condition, however, in case you are suspicious because of the damaged outer container that the shipment has been damaged in transit, please do not accept the delivery of the shipment from the Courier Agent, and ask them to process an Insurance claim on the same.

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for Transit Damage or Warranty Repair.
