The project is executed through BECIL for Chhattisgarh Samvad- an autonomous society established by Government of Chhattisgarh for the establishment Of Television studio along with auxiliary facilities on turnkey basis at the official residence of Chief Minister of the State of Chhattisgarh.

In today’s world, electronic media plays important role in communication and dissemination of information to the public. Hence, Chief Minister of the Chhattisgarh who is also chief executive of the State would like to have appropriate media facilities at the premises of his official residence so that, he address to the citizens of his State using electronic media can be recorded and distributed for broadcast purposes and also can be archived. This facility can also be used for recording and distribution of content like interview, panel discussion etc using Television media. For this purpose, a small sized TV studio with recording and post production editing facilities is established at his official residence. The quality of the content produced at the facility will be of high definition standard and good enough for broadcast over TV channels. The content can also be archived for posterity.
