Standards Converters
allow you to convert video signals between a wide variety of
worldwide broadcast television standards, such as NTSC, PAL and
SECAM. Bi-directional conversion allows you to go in both
directions. The integral Time Base Corrector aids is stabilizing
video tape sources. High performance is achieved by using Digital
Conversion and Digital Comb Filtering in the decoding process.
