Century is proud to bring you an exciting little accessory for users of
DV cameras. The Century LCD Magnifier can help alleviate many of the
problems associated with today's LCD screens.
A Larger Image
For those of us who have trouble figuring out what it is that we're
looking at on those tiny LCD screens, the Century LCD Magnifier is the
perfect solution. A factor of 1.8-2X magnification will let you see
everything you need to from a comfortable distance. No more having to get
right up against the screen to frame your shot.

Tangible Benefits
You don't always want to be looking through the eye-piece while you're
shooting. That's why you got a camera with an LCD in the first place! But
you know that with the small low resolution screens of many popular
consumer cameras, finding focus or even just seeing the image can be next
to impossible.
The larger image of the LCD Magnifier, its anti-reflective coating, and
a 2-inch "neck" all combine to give you a larger, clearer view
of the LCD screen free from glare and reflections even in bright (but not
direct*) sunlight.
High Quality & Versatile
Sturdily constructed out of polystyrene that will stand up to rigorous
use, but not mar your camera's finish, the Century LCD Magnifier has been
designed by our engineers for ease of use and optimum effectiveness. It
has two parts: a mount/sunshade assembly that slips onto the LCD screen
and a detachable housing for the magnification optic. The housing is
secured by two thumbscrews and can be moved up and down to adjust
magnification level or removed completely, allowing it to function as an
exceptional sunshade whose 2-inch depth blocks out most of the sun's rays.

It Doesn't Get Any Easier
As you can see in the pictures below, attaching the magnifier to your
camera couldn't be easier. Just slide the mount onto the LCD screen on
your GL1/GL2, PD150/VX-2000 or JVC GY-DV300 and you're done. If necessary,
you can then adjust the magnification housing with a couple turns of the
thumbscrews.

Caution: Direct sunlight through magnifier may damage
