STRENGTH
The VTI-BEI group of companies is
assisted by a team of about 120 highly motivated
professionals comprising of Managing Director,
General Mangers, Sr. Managers, Trained Engineers
and supporting staff. We also have with us two
retired Senior Engineers from Doordarshan, having
over 35 years of experience in the broadcasting
field covering varied aspects. They are conversant
with the state of the art of Professional Audio/Video
Broadcast Equipment with vast exposure to systems
design and integration of TV Studios.
The Service Centres run by the group
has its Head Office at Delhi and various Branch
offices located at Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad
and Kolkata and Thiruvananthapuram are well equipped with modern Jigs
& Tools and measuring equipment. These Service
Centers are being operated as per the stringent
standards laid down by the Principals abroad and
ISO 9001:2000. We maintain a comprehensive inventory
of spares, consumables and accessories required
for providing prompt service to our customers
to ensure that there is a minimum down time of
the equipment. To further ensure this, an online
site has been launched for spares availability
to provide an immediate access to our customers.
